In case of any cancellation of the booking or service order, all amount paid by the User for such orders shall be credited to the bank account of such User within 8 business days from the date of cancellation of such order. Provided that for orders cancelled on the User's request or non-compliance of these Terms, the amount paid by the User shall be refunded / credited only after a deduction of applicable cancellation charges.

All refunds shall be processed through MATRIX FOREX SERVICES PRIVATE LTD to the bank account which was used to remit payment against purchase of foreign exchange.
